- Fire/Smoke: Call 911 first, then our emergency line.
- Gas Leak: Call Southwest Gas and evacuate immediately.
- Total Loss of Power: Only after verifying with APS/SRP that there is no area-wide outage.
- Water Emergencies: Active flooding, burst pipes, or a total loss of water to the home.
- Total HVAC Failure:
- Cooling: Total loss of air conditioning when the home cannot be maintained at or below 82°F.
- Heating: Total loss of heat when the home cannot be maintained at or above 68°F.
- Only Toilet Clogged: Only if the home has only one bathroom, and a plunger cannot clear the clog.
- Structural Damage/Security: Broken windows or a door that cannot be secured.
