To receive all of the Resident Benefits, the tenant's rent payment must be in good standing with no pending notices. Failure to pay the Resident Benefits Package charges may result in lapsed coverage. The listed benefits are only available while the property is managed by get MULTIfamily Property Management.

The monthly RBP fee, which covers one air filter, is due on the 1st of each month along with the rent. Each additional air filter will be subject to an extra charge of $10 per month.
