Step 1

Login to the Tenant Portal (no access? Send an email to Rent@getMULTIfamilyPM.com).

Go to: https://getmultifamilypm.managebuilding.com/Resident/portal/login

Prefer mobile? Download the Resident Center (Buildium) app:

Step 2

From your dashboard, click “Create request”.

Click “Maintenance request”.

Step 3

Fill out the repair request form:

  • Category of issue (e.g., plumbing, electrical, appliance, general repair).
  • Description of the problem – be as specific as possible.

Step 4

Add Photos as attachment (Optional but Recommended)

  • Upload photos or short videos of the issue if available. This helps the maintenance team diagnose the problem faster.

Step 5

Add preferred access instructions (e.g., “Maintenance can enter with key” or “Please call before entry”).

Step 6

Click “Submit Request”

  • You’ll see a confirmation message once your request is submitted successfully
  • You’ll receive updates in the Tenant Portal and via email once your request is assigned and scheduled.
