As the face of our company to tenants, his superb communication skills enable him to perform as an effective liaison between property owners and tenants with an eye to protecting your investment while acting in the best interests of all parties.

Jenny has been Kyle’s top assistant for several years, overseeing tenant screening, lease administration, property marketing, rent collections, and collaborating in owner-tenant relations and communications.

Vanny works side-by-side with Jenny to ensure that you attract and sign the highest-quality tenants, market your property to attain the best results, and maintain outstanding relationships with your tenants and service providers.

Jasmine is our vendor liaison and administrator. She evaluates and processes maintenance requests and prudently issues work orders in a manner that keeps your costs down and ensures that jobs are done to everyone’s satisfaction.
